  • U.S. shipping: Once dispatched, delivery is typically 3-7 business days depending on destination region.

  • International shipping (if applicable): Delivery timelines vary and may be subject to customs clearance and duties.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • For U.S. orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $130.

  • For U.S. orders under $130: A flat shipping fee of $5 applies.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout — additional charges apply.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international shipments (outside U.S.): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or applicable fees.

  • We recommend you check with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by the parcel carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.

  • Changes to the delivery address are not possible after shipment and cannot be grounds for return. (International Shipping)
