Welcome to Sandoomall (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using www.sandoomall.com, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service, which govern all orders and transactions between Sandoomall and international customers, including those residing in the United States.

1. Nature of Service

Sandoomall operates as a proxy purchasing and export service based in the Republic of Korea.
We purchase products within Korea on behalf of overseas customers and arrange for international shipping and customs clearance.

By placing an order, the Customer authorizes Sandoomall to:

  • Purchase products from domestic Korean suppliers or official retailers,

  • Inspect, consolidate, and package products for international shipment, and

  • Ship the goods from Korea to the Customer’s specified address abroad.

Sandoomall is not the original manufacturer or brand owner, and therefore not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond the scope of the original supplier’s warranty.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

  • All orders are processed after full payment is received.

  • Once processing and overseas shipment have begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

  • If an item is unavailable or out of stock, the order will be canceled and a full refund including shipping fees will be issued.

  • All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include import duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid basis). Customers will not be charged additional taxes upon delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Seoul, Republic of Korea via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

  • The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Customs clearance or local courier conditions may extend delivery up to 10 business days in rare cases.

  • Once the parcel is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the Customer via email.

Sandoomall is not responsible for delays caused by flight schedules, customs inspection, local carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All product prices are inclusive of applicable import duties and VAT under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) structure.

  • Sandoomall assumes the responsibility of remitting all related import fees and taxes on behalf of the Customer.

  • Customers will not be required to pay any additional customs duties upon delivery.

  • However, import restrictions or inspection issues under U.S. regulations may still cause delays, for which Sandoomall cannot be held liable.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

  • Due to the nature of international shipping, returns are generally not accepted once the order has left Korea, except in cases where:

    • The wrong item was shipped, or

    • A product defect occurred before export from Korea due to our error.

  • In such cases, a full refund including the international shipping fee will be issued.

  • Perishable or consumable goods (such as food, health supplements, and cosmetics) cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, due to hygiene and freshness concerns.

6. Product Quality and Authenticity

Sandoomall only sources authentic products from verified Korean retailers and authorized distributors.
We do not alter, repackage, or relabel any products.
Product descriptions, expiration dates, and labeling are provided in accordance with information received from the original supplier.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sandoomall shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays or losses caused by international couriers or customs agencies,

  • Rejection of import by local authorities due to product category or labeling regulations,

  • Natural deterioration or leakage caused by temperature changes during international shipment, or

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the Customer.

In any case, Sandoomall’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific transaction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
For customers residing in the United States, relevant U.S. consumer protection laws may also apply where appropriate.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, unless otherwise required by international law.
